Buffalo Ranch Stuffed Flatbread

Ingredients
Buffalo Ranch Sauce
- ¼ cup Plain High-Protein Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
Stuffed Flatbread
- 2 Carb Balance Tortillas
- 1 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Cooked Shredded Chicken Breast
- ½ cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
Instructions

Whisk Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and 1 tbsp buffalo sauce until smooth.

Coat the shredded chicken with ¾ of the Buffalo Ranch Sauce.

Spread half the cream cheese on a tortilla, spoon the buffalo chicken over it, and sprinkle with ¾ of the Colby Jack.

Spread remaining cream cheese on the second tortilla, place on top, and press gently.

Spread the remaining sauce over the top tortilla and add a little extra cheese if desired.
Choose Your Cooking Method
Option 1: Air Fryer (Fastest)

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the stuffed flatbread as directed.

Lightly spray the top with avocado oil spray (or brush lightly with olive oil).

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.

Let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing.

Drizzle with any remaining Buffalo Ranch Sauce and garnish with green onions or chives, if desired.
Option 2: Skillet + Broiler (Extra Crispy & Cheesy)

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Assemble the stuffed flatbread as directed (minus the top buffalo ranch spread and cheese).

Lightly spray the outside of the top tortilla with avocado oil spray (or brush with a small amount of olive oil).

Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, carefully flipping once, until both tortillas are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

Transfer the cooked flatbread to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of the remaining Buffalo Ranch Sauce over the top.

Sprinkle with a little extra Colby Jack cheese.

Broil for 1–2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. Watch carefully—it browns quickly!
