Choose Your Cooking Method

Option 1: Air Fryer (Fastest)

  1. 1

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

Assemble the stuffed flatbread as directed.

  3. 3

Lightly spray the top with avocado oil spray (or brush lightly with olive oil).

  4. 4

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

Let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing.

  6. 6

Drizzle with any remaining Buffalo Ranch Sauce and garnish with green onions or chives, if desired.

Option 2: Skillet + Broiler (Extra Crispy & Cheesy)

  1. 1

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

  2. 2

Assemble the stuffed flatbread as directed (minus the top buffalo ranch spread and cheese).

  3. 3

Lightly spray the outside of the top tortilla with avocado oil spray (or brush with a small amount of olive oil).

  4. 4

Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, carefully flipping once, until both tortillas are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

  5. 5

Transfer the cooked flatbread to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  6. 6

Spread a thin layer of the remaining Buffalo Ranch Sauce over the top.

  7. 7

Sprinkle with a little extra Colby Jack cheese.

  8. 8

Broil for 1–2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. Watch carefully—it browns quickly!

  9. 9

Let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
